Acceptance
By downloading and using Bonk, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Bonk is a sports training assistant powered by artificial intelligence. The app analyzes your Strava activities and gives you debriefs and a plan tailored to your progression. Bonk is not a human coach. The feedback is generated automatically from your data and does not engage the responsibility of a certified professional.
Account and access
Bonk uses Strava as identity provider. To use the app, you need an active Strava account and you must authorize Bonk to access your activities. You are responsible for keeping your Strava credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out and revoke access in your Strava settings.
Free coaches and Premium subscription
Two coaches are available for free. The Premium subscription unlocks all the other coaches and the weekly recap. Plans: • Bonk Premium Monthly — €4.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. • Bonk Premium Yearly — €39.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device. No refund is due for a period already started, except where required by law. If you cancel during the free trial at least 24 hours before it ends, no amount is charged.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: • use Bonk to automate, scrape or resell access to the service; • try to bypass technical limits or paywalls; • share your account with a third party; • send through the chat any illegal, hateful or dangerous content. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Health and limits
Bonk is not a medical device. The analyses and recommendations do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional or a certified coach. Before significantly changing your training load, consult a doctor if in doubt. We make no guarantee of sports results. Progression depends on many factors beyond our control.
Intellectual property
The code, visual identity, text and illustrations of Bonk are protected. The analyses generated for you from your data are provided to you as part of the service; you may use them for personal purposes.
Independence from Strava
Bonk is an independent service. STRAVA® is a registered trademark of Strava, Inc. Bonk is neither affiliated with, sponsored by, nor endorsed by Strava, Inc.; no commercial or contractual relationship binds the two entities. Bonk uses Strava's public API with your explicit authorization and in accordance with Strava's terms of use.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control may occur. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have actually paid for your subscription during the twelve months preceding the damage.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. This revokes Strava access and triggers the deletion of your personal data within the timeframes set in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of serious breach of these terms, after notice when possible.
Changes
We may update these terms, in particular to reflect a new feature of the service or to comply with a legal obligation. Significant changes are communicated inside the app. Continuing to use Bonk after a change means acceptance.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls under the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
